By accessing or using any experience on ai-moments.com or its associated sites (santa-video.com, easterbunny-video.com, toothfairy-video.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
Our service
ai-moments.com provides personalized AI-generated video experiences for families. You provide a photo; we generate a short video. The photo is used in real time and is never stored. The resulting video is retained for up to 60 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our services only for lawful, personal, and family-friendly purposes. You must not:
- Upload photos of individuals without their consent (or without parental consent for minors)
- Use the service to create content that is harmful, deceptive, harassing, or illegal
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse any part of the service
- Resell or commercially redistribute generated videos without written permission
Intellectual property
The generated video is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. ai-moments.com retains all rights to the underlying technology, models, and platform. You retain any rights you hold in the original photo you upload.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our experiences are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Moments Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
